UK Shipping: We offer insured shipping on all UK orders for a fixed fee of £15.
India Shipping: We offer free insured shipping on all India orders.
International Shipping: We offer insured shipping on all International orders (Free shipping within India) for a fixed fee of £15 or equivalent.
Processing and Transit TimeFor orders placed before 5pm GMT, we endeavour to process between 2 and 5 Business Days.
Orders placed after 5pm GMT will be processed the next business day. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time. Typical delivery times: 3-14 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 Days to return from the day of purchase. You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please let us know of returns by email.
- Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
