Processing and Transit Time

For orders placed before 5pm GMT, we endeavour to process between 2 and 5 Business Days.

Orders placed after 5pm GMT will be processed the next business day. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time. Typical delivery times: 3-14 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

You have 30 Days to return from the day of purchase. You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please let us know of returns by email.
